Login & Access Guide

To configure your WiFi extender, you need to access its web-based management page. This requires the default IP address and login credentials.

Common IP Addresses

  • Default Gateway192.168.1.1
  • Common Alt IP192.168.0.1
  • Access Point IP192.168.0.254
  • Local URLhttp://extender.local

Default Credentials

  • UsernamePassword
  • adminadmin

  • admin(blank)

How to find your login info

If the standard IPs don't work, follow these steps:

  1. Check the Product Label: Look at the back or bottom of your extender. It usually lists the default IP, username, and password.
  2. Use CMD (Windows): Open Command Prompt and type ipconfig. Look for "Default Gateway" while connected to the extender.
  3. Check System Preferences (Mac): Go to System Settings > Network > Wi-Fi > Details > TCP/IP. The "Router" IP is your access point.

Forgot your password?

If you've changed your password and forgotten it, you must perform a Factory Reset. Use a pin to hold the "Reset" button for 10 seconds while the device is powered on. This will restore all default settings.
